The first question most people ask is: How much do you charge? Unfortunately, this question is impossible to answer without additional information from the client. Many factors determine the cost of an investigation to include the complexity of the case, objective of the investigation and techniques needed to ethically and thoroughly complete the investigation.

You’ve heard the saying before, “What you pay for is what you get”. When it comes to choosing a private investigation agency, this saying holds true, as experience and skill set varies greatly from one investigator to the next. Hourly rate does not always translate into which investigator represents the best value.

Mason Investigative Solutions provides their clients with a free detailed estimate for every case based upon an investigative solution that is tailored to the client. For reoccurring clients, we are happy to work out a reasonable flat rate for services such as surveillance and background checks upon request.

Since some cases are not always well defined, our hourly rates start at $75. We will do our best to develop an investigative solution within your budget and will never take a case that we feel will exceed the amount.
